At Onaya Luxe, we take great care in creating quality pieces you’ll love. As an independent brand, we currently do not offer refunds.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right — which is why we allow exchanges only under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if your item falls under any of the following:

Wrong Item Delivered
You received an item different from what you ordered (style, size, or color). -
Damaged or Defective Item
Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect Proof (photos or videos) must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. -
Sizing Issues (for Ready-to-Wear only)
If your ready-to-wear item does not match the size chart or specified measurements and is unworn and unaltered. -
Incomplete Order
An item was missing from your delivery.
Items NOT Eligible for Return:

Custom or made-to-measure pieces

Sale or discounted items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Items returned without original tags and packaging

within 3 days of receiving your order. -
Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, along with supporting photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
